I believe this to be a vintage Murano but it has no sticker to indicate as such. It is made flat on the bottom and with some weight, so it could be used as a paperweight There is another exactly like it listed with the sticker for high dollars. This one was found in with other items so it wasn’t displayed or taken care of as a vintage piece of Murano should be! The ceramic eyes suffered the most as one is chipped on the bottom. The other has a flea bite or at least a flaw, not sure. Also not sure if they can be replaced or not. There are no chips in the glass or no large scratches. I did see a tiny line in the tail area which I pointed out in the next to last picture. It does glow beautifully under a black light as you can see! Any questions just ask & I will try to answer or send more pics.
