You will receive exact item pictured. See images for condition.  I would say magazine is in great shape. I'm not a professional grader but in my opinion magazine will be in Fine/Very Fine condition. Magazines may have bends on the spine and/or corner edge curls. 
This is due to the bad original packaging of these items makes the magazine subject to slight damage.
