This frame is full carbon I will include the carbon fibre sea post and the carbon handlebars This frame is for racing is very stiff strong and with the proper groupset is very fast Bike please look at pictures ,with just few scratches from storage over the years from seat post to BB 54C please see pictures thanks for looking
