Rare LP of Chet Baker - Chet Baker & Strings (Columbia CL-549 -
mono) Original 1950s red labels with deep groove on both sides - NOT a
current re-issue! Classic Chet LP also featuring Zoot Sims, Russ
Freeman and Bud Shank. Truly a masterpiece that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The
LP is in VG+ condition with some marks that will make some noise and
with much if not most of the original shine - not for the audiophile,
but certainly not trashed either - still, you may hear a bit of noise. The cover is in VG+ condition with some general age/shelf wear,
clear tape on the top seam and an old price sticker on the back liner -
in addition to the original "Hi-Fi" sticker on the front. NO writing, NO stamps. Not perfect, but a solid copy of a rare classic.
The LP will
be carefully packed using professional materials (over twenty years
experience safely selling jazz LPs around the world).
