Stunning Hand-Made 'Boot Jack'

In answer to that age-old question, just what gift do you buy for that annoying person that simply has everything?

Well, here is the answer. I'll bet you that they do not have, have never owned and might not even know just what a Boot Jack actually is.

This simply is the gift to end all gifts. Just imagine the look on on their face when they unwrap such an unusual present. For that is exactly what it is and if you (using that well-know search engine that rhymes with frugal) care to do some research on these rare objects you will see that they can sell for absolutely daft money.

So now is the chance to either own one yourself or to actually stun your friends and gift them with this ultra rare piece.

Now for the science bit, it is made from solid beech by our own cabinet makers similar to a design from the eighteenth century - but stronger. You see the original period ones whilst looking very nice were actually as wobbly as....well they wobbled a lot.

This one is super strong has some nice turning features and is polished to a good deep lustrous finish

Oh, and it folds flat for easy storage too.

The sizes? When flat it measures 24 inches (61cm) long by 12 inches (30cm) wide at the widest part.

Nothing more to add other than what a talking point it would make standing in the corner of your drawing room, conservatory or indeed tack-room!
