This is a beautiful vintage 70's retro 50's style party dress by Special Times for Patty O'Neil.  The bodice is black rayon velvet, the skirt is a blue rayon satin, black tulle mesh lining. side zipper. shoulder pads.  The issues are photographed and are the major part of this description so please review them closely.  Small pinhole, some faint marks.

S/M. tag says size 10.   Bust 36 inches, waist 28 inches, hips 50+ inches. Shoulder to hem 48 inches.  Shoulder to waist 17 inches.
