I have been told that this is a vintage Jute/ Hessian orchard fruit/ apple / hop picking sack.

It has cross-over straps that go over your shoulders.

There is one large ‘pocket’ attached in the middle and a metal hook fastening on one side;

this made it easier to tip out the fruit/ hops when full.

In very good condition - it is clean and unused.

It has hand sewn blanket stitch sides; the rest is machine sewn.

It measures 90cm x 60cm (straps not included in measurements).
