Fenton Orange Tree Blue Carnival Doomed Butter Dish 1909c..  Finding an Orange Tree doomed butter dish is rare enough---finding it in blue and with only a minor flea bite on one foot RARE---of course there's a couple of straw marks all shown in the pictures---color is dark blue with highlights of greens, pinks, yellows. oranges all bathed in a coppery finish, beautiful.
