Vintage Dusty (v1) from Hasbros G.I. Joe Action Force figure line. Figure is in very good clean condition with paint loss/rub, play wear and mostly stiff joints (right arm swivel joint is less stiff/loose-ish). Clean screws and no cracks. Figure has been fitted with a new o-ring. Set comes near complete with original accessories:-
