I'm selling this stunning cameo from my collection. It's a large carved cameo set in silver gilt. There is no marking indicating the purity of the metal but it tests for silver. The gold wash is worn off in some areas. Also, the clasp has been replaced at some point. The cameo has an inclusion at the back but it's not cracked. Overall in good condition but perfectly wearable. The shell is in great condition.

It's a rare design with beautiful details. The hinge and design indicate that this cameo is an antique.

It measures 5.5x4.5 cm
