The box is marked RIO GRANDE MODELS SN3 SWAYNE LOG CAR 3338.

But these 2 cars were in it and they are slightly different from each other.

So I do not know if either one or the other is the car listed on the box.

They appear to be made of metal.  Car 45 is slightly shorter than car 14.

Car 45 has trucks with plastic wheels.  Right after I took the photos one of the trucks fell off, but the screw is still here.

Car 45 is heavier than car 14.

They have couplers on each end.  KD style.

Car 14 has metal wheels.  The wheels are too narrow for regular HO scale track, and wider than N scale track.

There were several loose parts in the box, and I have secured them in a plastic bag.

The wheels do move.  One of the trucks on car 14 is missing a piece on the inside, but it is in the box.

They both have brake wheels.  They are both painted the same brown color, with some white letter markings.

They feel like quality items and with some care and fixing up, they still have some life in them.

Look at all the photos for details.  If this is a project you would like, it could be a great addition to your layout.
