This is a Small Micro Machine 1970's style Chevy Van Ambulance in White and Red.  It is made of plastic and has very good detail, note that the work Ambulance on the front hood is backwards so it would be readable in a rear view mirror.  It is about 1 1/2 inches long.  I bought this as part of a job lot and it is in good condition.  The coin in the picture is a Dime to show just how small this item is.
