Belgium precancels on 16 pages from an old album collection.  In condition as per scans.

Please note I am a collector myself not a dealer and I use EBAY to sell items which I no longer require for my own collection.  As far as I am able to ascertain all items are genuine stamps. 

Album pages will be cut up (carefully!) to reduce postage costs.  Should you want the pages uncut this is possible but  I will have to increase the postage costs significantly.   Items on stock book pages or cards will not always include the display cards.

I am happy to offer a combined postage service at an additonal £1 per item within the UK and £4 per item overseas.  I aim to post within 2 days of payment but please note that I live 4 miles from my nearest post office which can make this difficult. 

For items that qualify as letters within the UK postal charges.

UK buyers.  Up to £30 as per listing at buyer risk.  Above £30 2nd class signed for delivery at £5.00 - £8.50.  Should you want to pay for signed delivery for items under £30 please advise and I will adjust the invoice accordingly.  Overseas buyers. Up to £30 as per listing at buyer risk.  Over £30 : International Tracked and Signed For at £12.00 - £18.00.  Should you want to pay for International Tracked and/or Signed For delivery for items under £30 please advise and I will adjust the invoice accordingly.
For items that do not qualify as letters within the UK postal charges then the charges will be as per the listing and only available to buyers within the UK..
