For sale is a pre-owned Linksys WRT 1900ACS V2 Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router. The listing price is for one unit, I have two units for sale, with S/N ending 1558 and 0711, respectively.

The unit is under excellent condition, very clean and hard to tell if it's an open box unit or has been used for years. The router's firmware is updated to the latest official firmware (OFW) version Ver. 2.0.3.201002.

The router is working flawlessly, the only issue is the dim LEDs on the front panel. This is a known issue to Linksys routers of the same product line, the LEDs will light up when powered on, but then turn very dim when the router is running. It may turn off some users, but that doesn't affect the router's functionalities.

Over the years I used the router to LAN-WAN cascade with another Linksys WRT 1900ACS router I bought at the same time to create network isolation. I used USB 3.0 of the secondary router to create a DLNA server, which I can watch movies or share photos within the family network. The FTP function may not work under OFW for Windows 11 by default, because Windows 11 disabled SMB 1.0. The DLNA however is not affected and can be used under Bridge mode as well.

I am only selling the Linksys routers because I recently changed the ISP from cable to fiber, and the new ISP gave me an Amazon Eero free of charge, so I decided to convert my network structure to a Eero Mesh Network. I also have high gain antenna, Wi-Fi extender, and powerline adapters for sale as well.

Flat rate economy shipping to lower 48 states, I will ship the package out the next business day once the transaction is cleared.

Feel free to message me on eBay for any questions related to this listing.

Below are the additional information of this router:

The Linksys WRT1900ACS Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router with Ultra-Fast 1.6 GHz CPU is a simultaneous dual-band 3 x 3 Gigabit router with one USB 2.0 / External Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (eSATA) combo port and one USB 3.0 port that supports a maximum speed of 600 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band and up to 1.3 Gbps on the 5 GHz band.

The Linksys WRT1900ACS can create four simultaneous yet separate Wi-Fi:

  • The 2.4 GHz network caters to devices in your network that use 802.11b, 802.11g, and 802.11n technologies.  This network can be used to connect your wireless devices to surf the internet, to share files, and to print.
NOTE:  The maximum speed that your devices can achieve with an 802.11n adapter on the 2.4 GHz band is up to 600 Mbps.

  • The 5 GHz network works best on devices that use 802.11a, 802.11n, and 802.11ac technologies.  This network is ideal for heavy applications including Voice over IP (VoIP) calls, online gaming, and streaming high-definition videos.
NOTE:  The Mixed mode will still allow backward compatibility to 802.11a devices.

  • The 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz guest networks.  These additional Wi-Fi networks allow your guests to have access to the internet but not on your local network and devices connected to it such as shared storage and printers.
