I used this for a many years and it has been incredibly reliable. The problem was that I use Mac and Apple stopped supporting it. So Unfortunately I no longer have use for it. It has been used on the road and has cosmetic wear and tear, but it should work fine. One of the rack mounting holes broke but I have used it in a rack box with only three screws and it held reliably.
