This comic book is ungraded but I would judge it to be in Near Mint condition. 

It has been kept bagged and boarded, in a dry air-conditioned environment. Interior pages are in near mint condition with no bends or tears or indentations. Page corners and edges are sharp. The cover is in great condition but seems to have a tiny indentation on the mid-right side and there is some wear along the outside edge. Otherwise the comic is in excellent condition.
