Boston Bruins Authentic Alternate Jersey, size 52, made in Canada by Reebok/CCM, customized as #46 David Krejci.

On “Black Friday” in 2008, the Boston Bruins debuted a new alternate uniform with black jerseys, pants, and socks for a matinee game against the New York Islanders. This marked the first time the team had worn an alternate uniform since the NHL’s transition to the new Reebok “Edge” jersey designs at the start of the 2007-08 season. This third jersey alternates the primary and secondary team logos, switching their respective places on the front crest and shoulders, and displays a two-color white and gold lettering set. This alternate style would be used until the 2015-16 season when it would be replaced by the 2016 Winter Classic uniform.

This retail authentic jersey was made in Reebok’s “Edge 1.0” style with a heavyweight mixed-fabric construction, using Sport Maska’s (then) newly designed “Xtrafil” for the reinforced shoulder and elbow panels. As usual for authentic on-ice jerseys it features a Velcro button snap fight strap sewn to the rear panel. The cresting is embroidered tackle twill and the lettering is a stacked white and gold twill, all sewn to the jersey.

Jersey is brand new with original retail tags as well as CCM’s inventory tag on the sleeve. Apart from some minor wrinkling near the hem, the jersey is in near flawless condition.
