This is a Elgin, Grade 87, model 1 pocket watch. It is a 11 jewel, 18 size. The serial number is 989,566 - this dates the watch to 1882. The watch is a key wind and key set. It is running nicely. I did not check it for accuracy. It should be cleaned and oiled to run its best - just like all antique watches. The nickel movement is very clean and beautiful. The porcelain dial has no hairlines cracks that I can see - however, there are 2 chips around the edge of the dial. The blue steel hands are nice. The case is Silverine. There is a small dent in the back cover - it does not affect the operation of the case. It is worn, but in good condition. The crystal is thick glass and appears to be in very nice condition with only a few light scratches. Very nice watch!  Winning US bidder please add $7.00 shipping. THIS IS FOR USA BIDDERS ONLY because of the super high postage costs. Thanks!
