Please be aware that our quoted shipping prices are for freight transport only, and will not include any further charges for your import which may include ISF filing, destination clearance, import duties and taxes. Therefore please contact us so we can discuss what other costs you may incur with shipment such as import VAT and customs duties. In some cases, we may need to apply for export licenses which can take some time; we can advise on time-scales.

It is always best to contact us for a quote/timescale prior to ordering, as in some cases we may be able to offer reduced postage costs and/or other options.

You are also welcome to arrange your own courier subject to regulatory and documentation requirements.

For international orders where we ship to you our default Incoterms are DAP unless otherwise agreed.

This listing is sold on the basis that you, the buyer, are operating as a dealer of used equipment in line with definitions of Section 6 of the Health and Safety at Work Etc. Act 1974. You therefore accept that these items are sold to you for refurbishment and onward sale, and therefore have not been made safe for putting into use, or supplied with any instructions for use by us.

You accept that these items must either be used strictly for parts or you confirm that you will carry out such tests and inspections to ensure the product confirms to all current legislation prior to use or onward sale, such as the EU Directive on Machinery, the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations (2016), the Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994, and any other applicable regulations.

We make no guarantees or warranties that these items confirm to any current legislative standards. The items have not been PAT or electrical safety tested by us, and may also be missing or have defective safety features such as pressure release valves, emergency stop buttons and other critical safety features.

If you, the buyer, are not a dealer of used goods and you are a private user then you must contact us in advance of sale. Once we are made aware that you are a private user, we can carry out a risk assessment as to whether this is a suitable purchase for a private user and what legislation may apply including consumer legislation. From there if appropriate to proceed we can collect a suitable waiver from you.

VAT and Purchase Orders

For all customers buying and shipping within the UK, the price will be inclusive of UK VAT and we can provide VAT invoices with this separately displayed. In some cases we may be able to zero rate the VAT for charity-funded equipment and other exemptions. Please enquire for further details.

For all buyers outside of the UK, the price shown is exclusive of VAT. For any uncertainties, please contact us before bidding.
