Here is the 1978 revision of John E. Exner, Jr.'s A Rorschach Workbook for the Comprehensive System, obtained directly from Dr. Exner when I was in graduate school and he was Director of Clinical Training.  136 pages, spiral bound, good condition with Rorschach location chart.
