We are not operating are our store 24 hours a day. We can only ship 2 days a week those days are Monday and Thursday. So if you are purchasing a item please look when you purchased it around those days. Be patient with us due to this. If needed we could not notify you of item being sent then. If a holiday falls on Monday or Thursday we will ship it the next business day.
