ROCO products are HO / 1:87 scale. 

The tank is used, but there are no defects or damage noted on the vehicle.  The rear ramp and top hatch are present but glued in the closed position with minor glue residue present.  The mortar is present.  Please check the photos.  The photo of the vehicle in the scene is to give you an idea of how it will look on your layout.
