Up for bid is a 1:87 scale size car of Kasey Kahne’s primary paint scheme from the 2006 season.  This was his paint scheme for 25 races.  Kasey won 4 of his 6 race victories in this car.  Kasey’s overall stats for 2006 are as follows:  6 wins, 12 top 5’s, 19 top 10’s, 6 poles.  He led 744 laps out of 10044 laps completed.  This was the final full season for Evernham Motorsports.  Around mid season 2007, Ray Evernham sold part of the team to George Gillette.

Kasey continued to drive the 9 car through the late portion of the 2010 season.  By the 2010 season, the car became a Richard Petty Motorsports entry and was switched from Dodge to Ford.  It was announced in early 2010 that he was planning on leaving the team after the season.  However, he was let go with 5 races left in the season and would be replaced by Aric Almirola.  Kasey would move over to the 83 car of Red Bull Racing for the last 5 races.  After the season, Kasey remained with the Red Bull team moving over to the team’s other car (renumbered from 82 to 4) due to Brian Vickers returning from medical issues.

This car has never been opened.  The outer cardboard packaging came apart while in storage.  I’m selling this because I’ve decided to cut back on my car collection.  Good luck and happy bidding!!!
