The pamphlet is a compilation of 10 engravings from paintings of Pinturrichio (1454-1513) Italian Renaissance,  historically and masterfully documenting in his art, highlights of the  great pontiff's life. Printed and made available to the public as a commemorative in 1925, the pamphlet has 11 hard paper leaves including cover; the frontispiece is the calendar of 1926. There are personal writings on 2 pages : on the cover, in cursive form, Property of Candace Hahn; and on the title page, in cursive writing, 1925-1926 Best wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year (from, to illegible).

The leather jacket bears the chased image of the Blessed Virgin Mary with the baby Jesus and the infant John the Baptist known as the Madonna della Seddia by Rafael, highlighted with gold. There are 10 plates featuring wonderful master pieces of Pinturrichio,
