These have a push down plunger system that makes life for the chef so much easier, simply make you dough balls a consistent size, place them in the mould and push down the plunger, this will flatten and imprint the dough, also this action pushes the biscuit out of the mould eliminating any sticking of the dough to the walls of the cutters.

There are 8 in this set, they are approximately 65mm across, with a couple of smaller ones.

They are all brand NEW, and will be sent in their original boxes.
