• Items weighing less than 2kg sent Royal Mail with Proof of Postage, who take care of my items, no losses to date.  Parcels not received after 14 days are investigated by Royal Mail.
• Items sent via courier are covered for loss / damage, after photographs with proof of damage are submitted to me.  Couriers take care of my items – no losses to date with electronic advice when items delivered.
• Global shipping available to selected destinations – Global Shipping provided a fully tracked and insured service  which covers loss / damage.
• Postage quotations given for multiple items upon request.
• All items checked for any noticeable flaws and honest descriptions provided.
• No need to accept returns as clear daylight images provided from all angles - what you see is what you receive + accurate descriptions + measurements.
