11 Speed, 700c with 700x23 tires, tubes. Compatible with Shimano/SRAM cassettes. The width (end to end) of the rim is about 3/4 inches (4th pic). There are no markings on the wheel so I don't know the actual width or what max tire size will fit. 

Again this is Disc brakes but with Quick Release QR levers. NOT Thru Axel. There is a chip at the top of the FRONT wheel as seen in the 2nd and 3rd pics. I have ridden it like this for a couple of years without any issues because this is for disc brakes and there is no braking on the rim surface. Pricing it cheap because of this but it's a great wheelset. Everything works great.
