This listing is for 2 pieces with a 5mm diameter (size 4g) on the thickest part. I have never worn these as the spirals are longer than I thought and I prefer some of my smaller spirals.
Please note that one of these actually broke in shipping to me, but I have glued it back together which now feels sturdy and is hardly visible, please make sure to check the close up photo of the break prior to purchase.
