VINTAGE MURANO GLASS “DANCING LADY IN WHITE” FIGURINE

A fabulous opportunity to own a vintage glass lady made by the expert designers at the renown Murano glass, Italy. Produced circa 1960, this  figurine is an elegant and dainty lady dressed in white with a matching large floppy hat.   The dress is trimmed with a raised green glass detail and when the figure is placed near the light, a frilly underskirt detail appears.  Her hair and frills on the dress are further enhanced by small flakes/flecks of gold. She appears to be dancing as her hands are in a raised position and the dress has a swirled effect.

This piece is in excellent vintage condition - free from chips, cracks and nibbles.  Please look carefully at the pictures as they make up part of the description.

Size- 28cm tall and 18cm at is widest -  all approx.

There is a rough pontil on the base.

This truly is a beautiful piece and a must for an avid collector of  Murano’s fine quality craftsmanship. Simply exquisite!
