- their 40th anniversary - and they're doing it in partnership with adidas, revamping the classic Shelltoe silhouette. This special edition pays tribute to Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo with a unique design twist: a rubber toe shaped like a turtle shell and leather textured to resemble their skin. In homage, the brand's emblematic slogan is inscribed in Italian, a tip of the hat to the Renaissance artists who inspired the Turtles' names.
