Handcrafted / Handmade Italian serving / dinner plate with handpainted stylised fruits (grapes, apple and pear) and leaves. This is a genuine piece from the 1950s and has that very kitsch decorative look to it.
Made Italy is embedded into the base though part of it is faint.
It is in fabulous vintage condition with some manufacturing marks and some, what I hesitate to describe as nibbles around the edge of the plate as they look like they're just part of the ceramic making process as is the case with a couple of spots on the underside where there is some glaze 'loss'. Please see photos. Otherwise this is in unused condition as we treated it as a piece of art.
