The COSMAC ELF was a trainer computer using Joseph Weisbecker's CDP1802 Microprocessor produced by RCA.
The original articles were published in Popular Electronics 1976,
It used toggle switches similar to the ALTAIR 8800 (published a year earlier in Popular Electronics).
This is the ELF II, it uses HEX Keyboard and has expansion slots.
