General Policy/Terms & Conditions:

  

• We are a dealer and do not have the ability or knowledge to test the items for functionality beyond plugging it in and describing what we observe as best we can. We have no knowledge of the history of the equipment. Item is sold AS-IS unless otherwise noted (see item description).
 
• All statements regarding products and their configurations are made to the best of our ability and with the assumption that the buyer is knowledgeable and proficient in the use of this type of equipment.
 
• No manuals, accessories, software etc are included unless pictured and noted in the description. Item is sold without accessories probes, power cord, software, carrying case, etc.) unless specifically mentioned in the above description.  Pictures may show optional accessories not included.
• Item descriptions are as accurate as possible but may contain errors.
• Photo images are of the actual item.  What you see is what you get. Technical information is provided as available.
• NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS will be allowed. No exceptions unless offered in the description. In which case, the item has 3 days ROR (right of return) for a full refund minus s/h BOTH WAYS.  You pay return freight for ROR items.  Refund is for bid amount only.  Shipping, handling and Insurance is non refundable.  Original shipping container and packaging materials must be retained for ROR items. HANDLING FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
• Payment is expected immediately following receipt of purchase or 2 days of auction ending.  We reserve the right to rescind any sale if not contacted within 3 days.
• PLEASE contact us IMMEDIATELY if you have a problem with our item(s) or service.  We pride ourselves on exemplary customer service and communication. We work hard to satisfy all customers.
• Your feedback is important to us.
• Shipping will be Australia Post unless otherwise specified.
 
• Emails will be answered to the best of our knowledge, and quickly as possible. Emails are answered on weekdays during our work hours of 9-5 pm. Please be patient, we will ship your item within 72 hours after payment is received.
• It is the bidder's responsibility to understand the terms of the auction, the nature of equipment offered and bid accordingly
• If you don't see what you need, contact us. We just might have what you are looking for.  We currently have more items that have yet to be placed in inventory, and we are looking to move items quickly. We need to make room!
• PLEASE contact us BEFORE leaving negative feedback to discuss your concerns.
• OUR AIM IS TO MAKE YOU A SATISFIED CUSTOMER.
• Positive Feedback is left for Buyers once you have received your merchandise and let us know you are happy with the transaction by leaving us positive feedback. Please do not leave negative or neutral feedback without giving us the opportunity to remedy the situation first if you are displeased with our transaction. We cannot fix situations we are unaware of. We make every effort to provide outstanding products and service but we are only human and sometimes things go wrong. We appreciate your patience and opportunity to correct a situation if that happens.
