Up for sale is a very nice example of a classic Vivitar-branded 300mm f/4 T4 universal mount telephoto lens.

As indicated by its serial number beginning in "37," this lens was manufactured by the well-known Tokina corporation and features the T4/TX universal interchangeable mount system developed in partnership by Vivitar, Tokina, and Soligor.

As such, this lens can be adapted to almost any Film SLR, DSLR, or mirrorless digital system through the use of an add-on adapter. Included in this auction is an adapter for MINOLTA MD film SLR mount. Adapters for other mounts are available cheaply from a variety of eBay and other online sellers.

Lens is in nice vintage condition with light wear, good mechanics, and glass free of scratches/haze/fungus.
