In excellent condition.  There is a slub in the weave of the fabric in the lower side skirt of the dress which I have shown in the final photograph.  As the skirt is pleated, this is not noticeable during use.

The measurements from the dress when laid flat on the floor are:

Underarm to underarm:  16 inches

Waist:  16 inches

Sleeve:  3 inches

Shoulder to shoulder:  16.5 inches

Length from base of collar to hem down centre back:  47 inches
