Custom Made Queen Elizabeth I Painted and Beaded Paper Mache Sculpture by Felipe Packard and Ricardo de la Vega with Hand Signature. A few beads have fallen off from her crown and her orb is not attached as can be seen in photographs.

Felipe Packard was born in Illinois and later moved to Guadalajara, Mexico. He attended school at the Universidad de Guadalajara and received his MFA. After graduating in 1980, he moved to Tonala where he began collaborating with Ricardo de la Vega. In 1985 Packard moved to Florida and continued his work in cast paper/mixed media with de la Vega. 

Ricardo de la Vega was born in Guadalajara and received his BFA from the Instituto de Conputacion in 1972. He studied cast paper techniques under Sergio Bustamante. He later moved to the U.S. and focused on his mixed media works as well as drawing and painting.
