Since
its establishment in 1989, Jiangmen Pengcheng Helmet ltd relied on
advanced technique, precise management & world advance production
equipment to develop LS2 brand. These helmets have original style,
are lightweight, high strength, with good ventilation, using
environment-protective materials passing safety requirements
globally.K' The
roots of LS2 go back to 1990 and an operation in a small rural
workshop in China that has expanded into one of the world s largest
helmet manufacturers. That workshop grew into a vast enterprise with
more than a thousand employees making over two million helmets a year
for other companies around the globe. In 2007 the company decided it
needed to branch out and create helmets under its own banner. LS2 was
born, with a head office in Barcelona and a determination to become one
of the world's leading players. In its first decade LS2 has become a
genuine brand in its own right and is establishing a reputation for

The
LS2 Pioneer – A new approach to the full face adventure motorcycle
helmet category, the Pioneer leans heavily on LS2’s Enduro experience
and offers the rider everything they need for serious adventure riding,
but for a lot LESS CASH. The shell is built using LS2’s proprietary
Kinetic Polymer Alloy (KPA). This high-tech material is strong, very
light and has just a bit of flexibility to help absorb energy. We use 3
shell sizes for a great fitting helmet that is as small and light as
possible. A dual-density EPS safety liner allows for state-of-the-art
energy absorption. The comfort padding is covered with a technical,
breathable, hypoallergenic fabric. It’s removable and washable, so you
can keep it as fresh as new. The Pioneer uses our Twin Shield System
built-in sun shield to shade your eyes from the bright desert sun. LS2’s
Quick Release System chin strap makes getting it on and off a breeze,
and, in case of emergency, the cheek pads use our Emergency Release
System quick pull cheek pads. Cheek pads are contour cut from high
quality foam using LS2’s 3D laser technology. The wide eye port
accommodates most major brands of goggles (goggles are NOT included).
The Pioneer makes a great ADV or UTV helmet. Flow through ventilation
keeps you cool when the riding gets tough. Designed at LS2 World HQ in
Barcelona, Spain and built at our own factory, the Pioneer offers
everything you need to build your own adventure, while leaving some cash
in your pocket.

Shell Construction - Kinetic Polymer Alloy is a proprietary blend of
polymer, space age thermoplastics and additional materials
specifically formulated by LS2, KPA offers ultra-light weight and
high penetration resistance, but with some flexibility for the
ultimate in energy dispersion. This special formula meets both ECE
22.05 and DOT requirements

Optically Correct "A Class" Polycarbonate - LS2 visors are
built with 3D Optically Correct "A Class" Polycarbonate, a
space-age polymer with high resistance to impact, that avoids
distortion and offers maximum clarity

Release Strap - The metal buckle attaches to a high quality safety
strap. On the other strap is a ribbed plastic tab. Insert the ribbed
plastic tab into the metal buckle. You'll hear a light "clicking"
sound. Continue to slide it until you get a comfortable, snug fit.
Pull the ribbon on the lever to release. For additional initial
adjustment, use the metal slider buckle on the strap with the ribbed
plastic tab to take up excess strap
Emergency
Release System - The emergency release system allows emergency
responders to remove the cheek pads from the helmet, allowing extra
space to remove the helmet with minimal movement of a fallen rider's
head and neck. It's best that someone holds the helmet to keep it
from moving as you remove the pads. Slide your finger into the red
loop and pull carefully, slipping the pads free. Slide the cheek
pads over the straps and pull them away from the helmet
