We are a small charity selling items donated to our charity shop.  Whilst we make every effort to ensure authenticity of our items, we cannot guarantee it.  We try to describe items and their condition as accurately as possible but as we are not experts in every field, on occasion we may miss things, so please ask any questions before you buy if you can't find the information in the listing.  We add lots of photos to our listings so please look at these for item info/condition also.

*Please note our eBay office is usually staffed 9.00am - 2.00pm Monday - Friday, any messages will also be responded to during these hours.

Items can be collected from us by prior arrangement. 

Please contact us within 10 working days if you have not received your parcel as we have a time limit for claims with our courier. Contacting us within this time will ensure a refund if this is necessary.
