This is a beautiful vintage 1960's dress by Elegance.  The fabric is a dark green, black and dark gold silk. lined in black rayon.  side ties that can be tied in the front or back. front zipper. see photos for flaw

M.   Bust 36 inches, waist to 32 inches, hips 40 inches. shoulder to hem 41 inches.  shoulder to waist about 17 inches, sleeves 23 inches.
