The patented magnets developed by Bioflow use a strong, multi-directional force of magnetism called Central Reverse Polarity. Standard magnets have single polarity (a North and a South Pole) where as Central Reverse Polarity magnets have a unique arrangement of magnetic poles (North - South - North).

The powerful field of each Bioflow magnet is thought to improve blood flow to areas of pain or injury, encouraging healing and cell regeneration

Bioflow products should not be worn by anyone fitted with a heart pacemaker or other implant that could be affected by a strong magnetic field.

Despatch and Postage: We aim to process all orders within 24 hours but due to circumstances this may take 2 days excluding weekends and bank holidays. Any returned items due to wrong or undeliverable addresses may be charged postage for redelivery.

UK Delivery Address: We post most of our items via Royal Mail 1^st class and you should receive your item within 2 days but please be advised this can take longer and Royal Mail will only accept an item being lost after 15 delivery days. For heavier orders we will use Interlink Express although other couriers may be used. Please supply us with a contact number which will be passed to the courier in the event they need to contact you to aid them in their delivery. If the contact number is a mobile, you may receive a text giving you a 1hr window in which they will attempt delivery. 

Non UK Destinations: Deliveries to Europe are 3 ? 5 working days and the rest of the world 5 ? 7 working days. Please be advised these times are a guide and may take longer. Royal mail will only register a claim for loss after 21 working days, please wait until this time has lapsed before contacting us. Large or heavy orders may incur extra costs, please message us for a quote, this will be kept to a minimum.

Returns: If you feel you need to return an item for any reason please contact us for a return address. If you change your mind about your purchase we will accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a full refund on the condition the product is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received with all accessories and packaging complete.

All returned items are done so at the buyers cost and any postage deficiency or handling charge will require reimbursement. Size or colour exchanges will incur a postage and packaging cost to resend.  Refunds will be made upon receipt of the returned item on the condition that the product is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received with all accessories and packaging complete. These terms are not extended to any product that is physically damaged as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part.
