This vintage pendant lamp I believe to be designed by Felipe Derhflingher. This is an extremely unique piece for collectors, enthusiasts and repurposers, alike. This shade I presume is a pendant to be used hanging from ceiling or a floor lamp. Made of metal encased amber glass this piece has a drilled hole in the bottom to feed wiring through. As I was really trying to get an idea of how this could work, I believe it could have also been a lamp base with the rough bottom perhaps sitting on a wood piece and the light socket kit sitting on top, all just suggestions as this piece seems to be more than just a pretty piece of glass with a hole in the bottom:) if so, probably this original item was manufactured in the 1960s in a Brutalist style.

Condition: excellent with no chips or cracks to the encased glass, at the rim, which is quite rough and sharp, there is one chip of glass out. The glass itself is very bubbly and wavy. Please see allsee all pictures as they are an important part of the description.

Its dimensions are

5 3/4"d x 5 3/8" h x 6" w, weighing 4 lbs.
