A superb quality English solid Britannia sterling silver dish or bowl (higher grade than sterling). It is hallmarked for London 1997 with the makers marks being that of the designer Christopher Nigel Lawrence. It has been superbly designed with the centre of the dish being set with a 1797 cartwheel penny. It is a limited edition being number 93 of only 200. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. It measures approx. 5.5 inches (14cm) across by 0.75 inch (1.9cm) wide tall and weighs 198 grams. A very good quality piece.
