Our dedicated ebay team operate from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday and we will respond to your query within 48 hours between these operating times.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide proof of purchase in the form of a PayPal receipt when collecting the item. This will be e-mailed to you automatically once payment has cleared. We will also provide the CDFB location where your item is based with your name, address and contact details, the following working day after auction end.
Please contact the store using the information provided after the auction has ended to ensure your item is ready for collection. We highly recommend arranging a suitable time for collection and checking whether any assistance with manual handling is required.
All of our collect in store items are listed for collection only as they are goods which we cannot transport.
We are unable to accept responsibility for any damages/losses that may occur in transit if a courier is arranged. Some couriers may offer additional insurance against damage so please check with your chosen courier before booking.
You are accepting the terms and conditions stated and are completely responsible for your item the moment it is handed to the courier. Any compensation for breakages or loss should be claimed from the courier only.
