I bought my XZ in 2020, and had it from new. It has been used, so there are some general signs of cosmetic wear and tear, but it has never been taken out to clubs or parties, it has just stayed at home. When not in use, it has been stored in the Swan flight case.

There are two small issues with the XZ:

1) The load to deck 2 button is sticky, and sometimes does not work. This does not effect the use of the controller as you can just load the track with the selection knob. I was quoted between £20-£30 to fix this.

2) When changing the headphone level, the sound though the headphones can become jittery, but once the knob is not being moved it is fine. I was quoted about £30 to fix this but honestly it doesn't bother me so I haven't done it.

Other than that the unit works perfectly. I have reflected these two minor issues in the price.
