The console powers up. It loaded the Resort disk but I haven't played it, or tested the rest of the disks. The bundle comes with two Wiimotes, two Nunchucks, two MotionPlus add-ons. The Wiimotes have Lithium batteries purchased at the time Wii came out.
Also included in the bundle is a Wii Balance Board. The batteries for this are also Lithium purchased at the time of release - I have not charged nor have I tested the Balance Board.
