This is an art deco rare large heavy Uranium Green Lady Two Piece Comport. The lady holding up the comport bowl has her arms around the central pillar. The lady has a long flowing dress and her hair is in a bun at the back of her head. This comport is absolutely gorgeous.
This comport was made in the Depression Era 1920's / 1930's in-between the two world wars. This comport is about 100 years old.
The base of the comport stands 7.6 inches or 19.5cm high and it is 4.5 inches or 11.5cm in diameter at the base and it is 4.3 inches or 11cm in diameter at the top. The base of the comport is in good condition with only one smooth flat chip on the top where the bowl sits over the chip.
The bowl has panels running around the bowl. It is in good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs, which makes it very rare for its age being Uranium Glass. The bowl is 9.5 inches or 24cm in diameter and is 2 inches or 5cm high.
The assembled comport is just over 9.5 inches or 24.5cm high.
