This is a Ginger doll with a Ginger tagged pair of pajamas.  Also included is a Strombecker set of bunk beds (no ladder) but it does appear to have its original cushions and pillows?  See pictures. Ginger has no shoes on because she is going to bed. Her hair has been re-braided probably by a child back in the day as there are little remnants of rubber bands around the bottom of each braid.  I left it as is and displayed her this way because she was cute.
