Condition: 
This is a vintage original wrapper that is in very high grade. Upon close inspection, under a bright light, I see a hint of wear near the card corner points which is quite normal given its blue background. There is a light vertical fold running down the middle of the wrapper which really does not detract. There looks to be a ¼” repaired tear along the left edge. The noted flaws are mentioned for technical accuracy as the wrapper displays very nicely, as the image shows. This is a very nice, high-grade example with bright and bold color, and worthy of the finest wrapper or 1969 Topps card collection.
