This is a pretty vintage 50's or 60's hand made party dress. The material is a semi sheer crepe or rayon? not sure. Textured and fine.  Yellow.  White sheer chiffon square collar with brown satin ribbon on the neckline and sleeve hems. back metal zipper.  The belt I used is a sheer white piece of ribbon. Nice.

L   Bust 40 inches, waist 32 inches, hips 50+ inches.   shoulder to hem 42 inches. shoulder to waist 13 inches.
