Here is an Audio Technica AT-637 electronic stylus cleaner. This still has its clear acrylic dust cover, but one locking tap has snapped off, so it doesn't lock into place. Still can be used to safely cover the cleaning area when not in use. 

Condition report: This unit is in good condition.  

In use: We have powered this and it's working correctly.
